We are now accepting applications for September 2014

Liberatus School of Performing Arts

Based in Swindon, for over 25 years, our course has been developed and refined under various guises to achieve a solid reputation for excellence.

During recent years the need for larger premises became evident, resulting in a move to purpose built studios in 2008.  It was at this time that we became Liberatus (Latin: to set free) and today that name has already become synonymous with excellence in training for the performing arts.

A high percentage of graduates have achieved success in obtaining scholarships at internationally acclaimed institutions to advance their careers.  Schools include; The Royal Ballet School, Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, Arts Educational School, Central School of Ballet, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, London Contemporary Dance School, Laban, London Studio Centre, Bird College, Laine Theatre Arts, Cambridge Performing Arts at Bodywork Company, Millennium Performing Arts, Urdang Academy and Performers College.

The Council for Dance Education and Training (CDET)

Liberatus exists to transform potential into achievement

To begin this transformation each student will be exposed to a multidisciplinary timetable of classes covering all aspects of dance and musical theatre.  This widens their opportunity for individual expression and satisfaction in their artistic life.  Allied to this, each student member of the Liberatus family, will receive detailed individual advice and guidance on diet and physical regime to maximize their professional and personal ability and discipline.  All aspects of students’ physical and moral welfare are embedded in our core philosophy and manifested by a highly experienced and dedicated team of professionals.
